This privacy statement covers the services provided by my website. I will treat your personal information as confidential and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The purpose of this statement is to inform users of this website, what information is collected about you when you visit this site, email me or when you provide me with information, how the information is used, if it is disclosed and the ways I protect your privacy. WHAT INFORMATION DO I COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW DO I USE IT?
In order to provide you with the best possible service, I sometimes need to collect information about you. I only ask for information that I have a reason for and will only use this information for the reason it was intended. I will make it clear when I collect personal information and will explain what I intend to do with it. E.g. your name and address with be stored so that I can process future invoices. With your permission I may also email you with a list of my latest available dates using the email address you have provided.

The type of data I hold includes, but may not be limited to: name of customer, name of consumer, email addresses to submit invoices and receiving payments, telephone numbers, company name, details of interpreting services required, any feedback you have offered me and preparatory information you provide me with.

History of our working relationship will be kept for book keeping purpose only up to a maximum of 6years as required by the HMRC.

Personal data will not be retained longer than is necessary unless there is a legal reason for extended retention. I periodically review all data that I own and erase it from my systems when no longer needed.

THIRD PARTIES
I will not pass ANY of your details on to Third Parties. Should a client/colleague ask for your contact details I will ask your permission before passing them on.

Any information you provide will be held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection laws.
Your personal information will not be disclosed for marketing purposes to other companies.
I may disclose your personal data if I reasonably believe I am required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority.

I keep your personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected or to comply with any applicable legal reporting or document retention requirements. I will delete any preparatory information you provide me with as soon as it becomes redundant/by the end of the day on which the assignment is completed.

ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION AND CORRECTION
You have the right to request a copy of the information that I hold about you. If you would like a copy of your personal data, please email newland_andy@hotmail.com 
I want to make sure that your personal data is accurate and up to date. You may ask me to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
You also have the right to be forgotten. If you would like me to start the process of removing your data, please let me know using the above details.
